We shipped over 42,000 lines of improvements in January to make the platform faster, clearer, and easier to use. Below is a breakdown of what’s new, organized by feature.
🎨 Platform Design & Navigation
- New navigation bar: A redesigned navigation bar makes it easier to access key areas of the platform from anywhere.
- Redesigned Inbox: The Inbox now features a cleaner, more intuitive layout so tasks and messages are easier to review and act on.
- New “My Meetings” page: A new My Meetings page keeps all of your scheduled conversations organized in one place.
- Refreshed “My Goals” page: Goals are now displayed in a clear table format for easier scanning, tracking, and updates.
📝 Reviews
- Optional cover pages for assessments: You can now add a cover page to assessments to provide context, instructions, or resources before participants begin.
- Helper text for rating scales: Admins can add helper text to questions to clarify how rating scales should be interpreted (for example, “1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree”).
- Peer selection progress tracking: You can now track peer nomination progress directly from the participant page.
- Exclude survey responses from review drafts: Admins have more control over review drafts by excluding specific survey responses from appearing in final reviews.

- Deep links from email notifications: Clicking links in email notifications now takes you directly to the exact page you need in the platform.
- Improved login redirects: Login redirects are more reliable, ensuring you land on the correct page after signing in.
- Clearer goal approval views: Managers now see clearer approval views when reviewing and approving goals.
- Improved appraisal page scrolling and styling: Appraisal pages now scroll more smoothly and feature updated styling for a cleaner reading experience.
