Why Can't Managers Publish Reviews Yet?
Reviews must be approved by HR before publishing
If you're a manager trying to share a review with your direct report but can't, it's likely because the review hasn't been approved by HR yet.

The Approval Workflow
Reviews must go through calibration before they can be published:
- Draft – Manager edits the AI-generated review
- In Review – Manager submits; HR reviews for calibration
- Approved – HR approves; manager can now publish
- Published – Manager shares with employee
Checking the Status
Go to Reviews → My Team's Appraisals and check the status column:
- In Review – HR hasn't approved yet; wait for calibration
- Draft – You haven't submitted yet; click Submit for Calibration
- Approved – Ready to publish!
If HR Requested Changes
The status returns to Draft with feedback visible. Make the requested changes and resubmit.
