Common Reasons You Can't Submit
1. The Review Period Has Closed
Each review task has a deadline. After the deadline passes, you cannot submit.
Solution: Contact your HR administrator to see if the deadline can be extended.
2. Required Questions Are Incomplete
All required questions must be answered before submission.
Solution: Scroll through the entire questionnaire to ensure all questions are answered.
3. The Task Has Already Been Submitted
You may have already submitted and are viewing the completed version.
Solution: Toggle on Show Completed and Expired Tasks to see submitted tasks.
4. Technical Issue
Occasionally, browser issues can prevent submission.
Solution: Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser.
