Why Are Managers Unable to Share Reviews with Their Direct Reports?
Reviews must be approved by HR before they can be published
If you're a manager and can't share a review with your direct report, it's likely because the review hasn't been approved by HR yet.

The Review Approval Workflow
Reviews must go through calibration before they can be published:
- Draft – Manager edits the AI-generated review
- In Review – Manager submits; HR reviews for calibration
- Approved – HR approves; manager can now publish
- Published – Manager shares with employee
How to Check the Status
- Go to Reviews → My Team's Appraisals.
- Check the status column for the employee.
- If it says In Review, HR hasn't approved yet.
What to Do
- If status is In Review: Wait for HR to complete calibration
- If status is Draft: You haven't submitted yet – click Submit for Calibration
- If HR requested changes: Status returns to Draft with feedback visible
