Why Managers and HR Can See It
Brag sheet entries are designed to be data sources for performance reviews. When your manager writes your review, they can reference the accomplishments you've documented throughout the year.
What About Feedback Others Add About Me?
If your manager adds feedback about your performance, you cannot see it. Feedback added by managers is only visible to the manager who created it and company admins.
