Access your published performance appraisal
When your manager publishes your performance review, you'll receive a notification. This article explains how to view your review results.

How to View Your Review
- From the left navigation, click Reviews.
- Select My Appraisal.
- Click on the published review to open it.
What You'll See
- Overall rating (if applicable)
- Section-by-section feedback
- Individual section ratings (if applicable)
- Review period dates
Alternative: Access via Inbox
You can also click the notification in your Inbox to go directly to the review.
After Viewing
After reading your review, you'll need to acknowledge it. This confirms you've received and read the feedback.
