Submit a Goal for Approval

Send your goal to your manager for review

After creating a goal, you need to submit it for manager approval before you can start tracking progress.

Steps to Submit a Goal

  1. Go to Goals in the main navigation.
  2. Find the goal in Draft status.
  3. Click on the goal to open it.
  4. Review the details to make sure everything is correct.
  5. Click Submit for Approval.

What Happens Next

  • The goal status changes to Pending Approval
  • Your manager receives an inbox notification
  • Once approved, the status changes to In Progress and you can begin logging updates
Tip: If your goal is stuck in Pending Approval, reach out to your manager to review it.
