# Share Review Results with My Team

## Publish approved reviews to your direct reports

After HR approves a performance review, you can publish it to share with your direct report. This article explains how to publish reviews.

## When You Can Publish

You can only publish reviews that have been **Approved** by HR. Check the status in *My Team's Appraisals*.

## How to Publish a Review

1. From *Reviews* → *My Team's Appraisals*, find the employee with **Approved** status.
2. Click on their name to open the appraisal.
3. Review the final content one more time.
4. Click **Publish**.
5. The employee receives a notification that their review is ready.

## After Publishing

- The status changes to **Published**
- The employee can view the review in *My Appraisal*
- Schedule a 1:1 meeting to discuss the review results

**Best Practice:** Publish the review shortly before your scheduled review conversation meeting so the employee can read it beforehand.
