Your Review Responsibilities

From cycle configuration to review approval, admins guide the review cycle at every stage. The responsibilities below outline how you’ll oversee and support the process organization-wide. Click a linked task below to access detailed instructions.

  1. Create & Configure Review Cycles: Set timelines, define participants, select review types, configure templates, and confirm cycle settings before launch.
  2. Monitor Review Progress: Track completion rates across the organization and identify bottlenecks before they impact deadlines.
  3. Send Reminders: Prompt participants with outstanding tasks to keep the cycle moving smoothly.
  4. Review & Calibrate Manager Submissions: Evaluate submitted performance reviews for alignment, fairness, and consistency. Return reviews for edits if revisions are needed.
  5. Approve & Finalize Reviews: Approve calibrated reviews so managers can publish and share results with their direct reports.
