  2. Select My Team's Goals.

Employee Overview Tab

This tab provides a high-level summary of goal activity across your team. You can quickly see:

  • How many goals each direct report has created
  • How many have been approved, are in progress, and have been achieved
  • If there's a difference between goals created and approved (meaning goals are awaiting your review)

Click on a team member's name to view their individual goals page with timelines, targets, and progress.

Goals Tab

This tab shows a consolidated list of all goals across your team with:

  • Timelines and targets for each goal
  • Current progress
  • Goals requiring approval, due soon, and completed

Use filtering options to narrow your view if you're managing a large number of goals.

Best Practice: Discuss goal progress, wins, and blockers during your 1:1s. Goals are also included as data sources in performance reviews.
