Zal.ai helps you create consistent, structured touchpoints with your team. You can schedule recurring 1:1s, team syncs, or one-time meetings like performance review conversations.

Steps to Create a Meeting
- Click Meetings in the main navigation.
- Select Meeting Planner.
- Click Schedule Meeting.
- Enter a clear title (e.g., "Weekly 1:1 with [Name]").
- Select a Meeting Type – This determines the agenda template. If no meeting types are available, contact your admin.
- Set the date and time.
- For recurring meetings, toggle on Recurring and select the cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).
- In the Reviewees field, select who the meeting is about (for 1:1s, this is your direct report).
- Add meeting Attendees – They'll receive the calendar invite.
- Click the checkbox next to each person's name to assign them as a Notetaker.
- Optionally add a meeting link and attach relevant documents.
- Check Send invitation to attendees to send calendar invites.
- Click Save.
Tip: For 1:1s, we recommend assigning both you and your direct report as notetakers. This allows you to collaborate on public notes while each having space for private reflections.
