Managers: Approve Goals
Review and approve goals from your direct reports
When direct reports submit goals for approval, you'll receive a notification. Approving goals promptly keeps momentum moving and allows employees to start tracking progress.

Approve from Your Inbox
- Click Inbox in the main navigation.
- Find the notification for the goal submission.
- Click to open the goal details.
- Confirm the goal aligns with team and company priorities.
- Click Approve Goal.
Approve from My Team's Goals
- Go to Goals → My Team's Goals.
- Check the Employee Overview tab to see goals awaiting approval.
- Click on the employee's name to view their goals.
- Click on the goal in Pending Approval status.
- Review and click Approve Goal.
What Happens After Approval
- The goal status changes from Pending Approval to In Progress
- The employee receives a notification
- They can now begin logging progress updates
