What's a Brag Sheet?
Your brag sheet is a personal record of accomplishments, wins, and recognition that you maintain throughout the year. Employees can add entries to their own brag sheet at any time.
Manager Feedback
Managers can add feedback about any member of their team. This feedback is only visible to the manager and company admins—employees cannot see feedback others have written about them.
How Feedback Connects to Reviews
When review season arrives, relevant feedback is automatically included in the AI-generated performance review draft. This makes it easier to write accurate, well-supported evaluations without reconstructing months of work from memory.
