Enable/Disable the Peer Nomination Period

Configure whether employees can nominate their own peer reviewers

Peer nominations allow employees to suggest colleagues who should provide feedback on their performance. This article explains how to enable or disable this feature for a review cycle.

How to Enable Peer Nominations

  1. From ReviewsReview Cycles, open the review cycle.
  2. Go to the Surveys tab.
  3. Enable Peer Review.
  4. Configure the peer nomination settings.
  5. In the Planning tab, set the nomination period dates.

Two Approaches to Peer Selection

Employee Nomination (Self-Service)

Employees receive a task to nominate colleagues. After nomination, you can approve or modify their selections.

Admin/Manager Assignment

Skip the nomination period and assign peer reviewers directly:

  1. Go to the review cycle's Participants tab.
  2. Click on an employee's name.
  3. In the Preparation tab, search for and add reviewers.
  4. Check Approve Review Peers.
  5. Click Save.
