Build structured agendas for consistent meetings
Meeting types are templates that define a standard structure for particular types of conversations. By setting them up in advance, you ensure meetings are consistent across the organization.

Steps to Create a Meeting Type
- Click the Settings gear at the bottom of the navigation bar.
- Select Meeting Types.
- Click + Meeting Type.
- Give it a name and description. Managers will see both when scheduling meetings.
- Set a suggested meeting duration.
- Add an agenda using the rich text editor. This becomes the shared document managers and notetakers use during the meeting.
- Click Save.
Sample Performance Review Conversation Agenda
For end-of-cycle review discussions, consider including:
- Opening check-in – How is the employee feeling?
- Overall rating and context
- Strengths and accomplishments
- Areas for growth
- Goals for the next review period
- Employee questions
- Reminder to acknowledge review in the platform
