Build structured agendas for consistent meetings

Meeting types are templates that define a standard structure for particular types of conversations. By setting them up in advance, you ensure meetings are consistent across the organization.

Steps to Create a Meeting Type

  1. Click the Settings gear at the bottom of the navigation bar.
  2. Select Meeting Types.
  3. Click + Meeting Type.
  4. Give it a name and description. Managers will see both when scheduling meetings.
  5. Set a suggested meeting duration.
  6. Add an agenda using the rich text editor. This becomes the shared document managers and notetakers use during the meeting.
  7. Click Save.

Sample Performance Review Conversation Agenda

For end-of-cycle review discussions, consider including:

  • Opening check-in – How is the employee feeling?
  • Overall rating and context
  • Strengths and accomplishments
  • Areas for growth
  • Goals for the next review period
  • Employee questions
  • Reminder to acknowledge review in the platform
