Accessing Support

  1. Click the Support icon at the bottom of the navigation bar.
  2. Choose from two options:
  • Chat – Get instant answers or submit a support request directly
  • Help – Browse help center articles

What to Include in a Support Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • Your email address
  • The review cycle name (if applicable)
  • Your department
  • Screenshots showing the issue
  • Timestamp of when the issue occurred
  • Steps to reproduce the problem

Your Customer Success Manager

Your CSM is also available to support you throughout the review cycle. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about configuration, best practices, or anything else.
