  1. Review the distribution: Go to My Team's Appraisals to see the rating distribution across the organization.
  2. Filter by manager: Compare how different managers rate their teams.
  3. Identify outliers: Look for managers whose distributions differ significantly from the norm.
  4. Export data: Click Export for deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.

During the Session

  • Compare ratings across managers for similar roles
  • Discuss the criteria for each rating level
  • Look at both AI-suggested ratings and manager-selected ratings
  • Ensure one manager's "Exceeds Expectations" aligns with others'

Using Zal.ai for Calibration
