Your brag sheet is where you capture accomplishments, recognition, and wins throughout the year. Keeping it updated gives you a clear record when it's time for performance reviews.

Steps to Add a Brag Sheet Entry

  1. Click Feedback in the main navigation.
  2. Click Add to Brag Sheet.
  3. Provide a clear title that describes the accomplishment.
  4. Select the date the accomplishment occurred.
  5. Write a brief description of what happened and why it was meaningful.
  6. Select the feedback type (document, Slack shout out, client email, etc.).
  7. Optionally attach supporting materials (screenshots, files).
  8. Optionally link to one of your SMART goals or company values.
  9. Click Save.

Tips for Effective Brag Sheet Entries

  • Add entries as things happen—don't wait until review time
  • Be specific about the impact of your work
  • Include quantifiable results when possible
  • Link entries to your goals to show progress
Best Practice: Add entries on a regular cadence (monthly or quarterly) or in response to specific moments like customer shout outs, project milestones, or recognition.
