# Acknowledge My Review

## Confirm you've received and read your performance review

After viewing your performance review, you're asked to acknowledge it. This article explains what acknowledgment means and how to complete it.

## What Acknowledgment Means

Acknowledging your review confirms that:

- You have received the review
- You have read and understand the feedback
- You've had (or will have) an opportunity to discuss with your manager

**Note:** Acknowledgment does not mean you agree with the review. It simply confirms receipt.

## How to Acknowledge

1. Go to *Reviews* → *My Appraisal*.
2. Open your published review.
3. Read through the entire review.
4. Click **Acknowledge** at the bottom.

## After Acknowledgment

- The review status changes to **Acknowledged**
- Your manager and HR can see that you've acknowledged
- The review cycle is complete for you
