Confirm you've received and read your performance review

After viewing your performance review, you're asked to acknowledge it. This article explains what acknowledgment means and how to complete it.

What Acknowledgment Means

Acknowledging your review confirms that:

  • You have received the review
  • You have read and understand the feedback
  • You've had (or will have) an opportunity to discuss with your manager
Note: Acknowledgment does not mean you agree with the review. It simply confirms receipt.

How to Acknowledge

  1. Go to ReviewsMy Appraisal.
  2. Open your published review.
  3. Read through the entire review.
  4. Click Acknowledge at the bottom.

After Acknowledgment

  • The review status changes to Acknowledged
  • Your manager and HR can see that you've acknowledged
  • The review cycle is complete for you
