# Access Past Performance Reviews

## View your performance review history

Your past performance reviews are always available in Zal.ai. This article explains how to access your review history.

## How to View Past Reviews

1. From the left navigation, click *Reviews*.
2. Select *My Appraisal*.
3. You'll see a list of all your published performance reviews.
4. Click on any review to view the full appraisal.

## What You'll See

Each past review includes:

- Review period dates
- Overall rating (if applicable)
- Section-by-section feedback
- Ratings for each section (if applicable)
- Your acknowledgment status

**Note:** You can only view reviews that have been published by your manager. Draft or in-progress reviews are not visible to you.
