View your performance review history
Your past performance reviews are always available in Zal.ai. This article explains how to access your review history.

How to View Past Reviews
- From the left navigation, click Reviews.
- Select My Appraisal.
- You'll see a list of all your published performance reviews.
- Click on any review to view the full appraisal.
What You'll See
Each past review includes:
- Review period dates
- Overall rating (if applicable)
- Section-by-section feedback
- Ratings for each section (if applicable)
- Your acknowledgment status
Note: You can only view reviews that have been published by your manager. Draft or in-progress reviews are not visible to you.
